Leadership Program Request Form (2023-2024)

The Office of Community-Engaged Leadership and the LEAD Team are happy to support leadership development and community building initiatives within your organization, class, or group.

Please submit your request three weeks prior to the program date to allow the office to create the right program for you! We will review the information supplied to us here and work with you to support your requests. Depending on the group and your needs, the program may be facilitated by either a staff member/instructor in CEL or the LEAD Team.

The LEAD Team is a group of trained student facilitators who present engaging workshops on leadership topics to members of clubs, organizations, classes, school groups, and offices. This energetic group of students will provide organizations with an informative, interactive, and discussion-oriented presentation. The LEAD Team members are trained and ready to offer a variety of curriculum including:

  • Find Your Direction: Leadership Compass (Includes Personal Inventory)
  • DISC Leadership Behaviors (Includes Personal Inventory)

  • Inclusive Leadership 
  • Responding to Conflict (Includes Personal Inventory)
  • Leading Others: Skills for Interpersonal Leadership
  • We all have a part to play: Your Role in Social Change 
  • Setting Goals for Personal and Group Success
  • Group Dynamics (Stages of Group Development & 5 Dysfunctions of a Team)
  • Delegation & Feedback
  • You're a Leader Harry! Leadership Lessons from Harry Potter
  • Team Building
